Wasted Angels
Wasted Angels played for us at The Town Mill, Mansfield on October 10th 2009 Our last act of the night in Mansfield...the Manchester rockers played a blinder!! Their energy and power...which by the way has taken them round Europe on tour...had everyone left in the venue out in front of the stage! Fronted by the imposing figure of “Pops” who delivered vocals that blew the cobwebs out of tired heads (well...my tired head anyway!) they finished off a night of great music in the best way possible...on a strong rocking note that sent us all home on a musical high! The Whybirds played for us at The Drum and Monkey in Ipswich on 29th June 2008 Imagine if you can an amalgam of every great country rock band you have ever heard, amazing guitars, wonderful harmonies, smooth drum work...Professional with a capital 'P'. Every single person in the club enjoyed their perfomrance immensely.

much for their own very obvious pleasure as for the audience, each member
singing brilliantly, and a set that had even the small audience that was there
on their feet and singing along, a truly excellent performance...worthy of any
stage in any venue!! |
